About - Lindsey Honari
Lindsey brings over twenty-five years of professional services experience to help executives and businesses transform potential into reality. Her career began on Wall Street and took her to Boston and San Franciso before settling in Houston. After a decade in financial services, she turned her attention to helping clients achieve professional and business goals as a consultant and coach.
Clients appreciate Lindsey’s ability to grasp the drivers of performance and profitability, both from a business and a human perspective. She holds an MBA from Columbia University, is an ICF-Certified Coach, and served as president of both ICF Houston and the Columbia Business School Houston Alumni Association.
Lindsey lives in Houston, Texas, with her family. She volunteers with organizations seeking to rescue food from landfills and deliver nutritious meals to preschoolers (feel free to donate). On the creative side, Lindsey writes an occasional blog on Substack and co-hosts a podcast, Nevermind the Gap. She is also a dog mom to a rescue mutt and a designer mutt.
In addition to her own experience, Lindsey draws on an extensive network of close relationships with coaches and HR consultants to meet each client's unique needs.
